Our mission is to address individual wellness needs and treat orthopedic concerns through osteopathy and athletic therapy approaches. Our global goals are to empower the patient to minimize their limitations and manage their self-directed health rehabilitation/maintenance program. John is a registered Osteopath (CEO 1998), a Certified Athletic Therapist (Concordia University B.SC. 1980), and an Emergency Medical Technician (Dawson College EMT 1984).
His specialties include: acute musculo-skeletal injuries, sports injuries, chronic spine and pelvic dysfunctions, pre & post-partum musculo-skeletal problems, benign vertigo and global viscero-somatic dysfunctions. John utilizes a global wellness approach to injury prevention, acute care and rehabilitation. He takes the time to educate the patient about their condition, develop corrective and preventative strategies and employs wherever possible manual therapeutic intervention. Exercises are often prescribed to enhance and maintain the treatment outcomes. John believes strongly in a multi-disciplinary approach and always considers the patient’s best interests. He has over 25 years clinic experience in the private and university settings. He is a part-time faculty member at Concordia University (undergraduate courses in sports trauma) and lectures at national and international sport medicine conferences. John is a Sports First Responder/CPR/AED Instructor-Trainer and regularly trains therapists worldwide including Cirque du Soleil, junior-major hockey and NHL, CFL. He is also the founding president of the Quebec Sports Medicine Council. He has extensive experience with professional, elite and amateur athletes of all calibers. He was the National and Olympic team therapist and chair of sports medicine and science committee for Judo Canada from 1985-2008. Games experience: Canadian Medical Team member on numerous multi-sport games including Olympic Games: Vancouver 2010, Athens 2004, Sydney 2000 ; Paralympic Games: Atlanta 1996; World University Games: Fukuoka 1995; Francophone Games: Ottawa 2001, Madagascar 1997, Morocco 1989; Pan Am Games: Santo Domingo 2003, Winnipeg 1999; Commonwealth Games: Manchester 2002; Macabiah Games: Jerusalem 1993 and many Judo World Championships.

Certified Athletic Therapist & kinesiologist, Chantal graduated from Concordia University in 2000 and became recognized by the CATA (Canadian Athletic Therapists Association) with her national certification in 2002. She completed many ongoing courses; myofascial release, Pilates instructor course, Functional Movement Screen, golf biomecanics, Neuro-proprioceptive taping. She treats her patients by combining all these complimentory disciplines and therapeutic modalities as well as giving rehabilitative exercises.
Also certified as a Sport First Responder Instructor by the Red Cross & CPR-AED instructor by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Québec, Chantal is one of the national team therapists for Judo & Karate Quebec and Canada. She has experience not only with judo, but also with weightlifting, volleyball, soccer, football, basketball, rugby, wrestling.
Chantal teaches part-time at Concordia University in the Exercise Science department as well at École Nationale de Cirque. She is the president of the Sport Medicine Council of Québec. She is the Medical coordinator for the Québec Games and works closely with Sports-Québec.
Games Experience: Many Judo World and National Championships, Canada Games, many PanAm championships and World cups since 1998, Québec Games (summer & winter), semi pro soccer team Dynamites CPLS 2001 as well as many soccer, hockey, basketball, football & volleyball tournaments and leagues. She also worked on the Rollerball movie set.

Certified Athletic Therapist (Concordia University, B.Sc. 2012 with national certification in June 2013) and Massage Therapist (Kiné-Concept, Swedish Massage 2011), Andrea completed also other continuous courses such as chair massage, pregnant woman massage, Biokinergie and TNC (Technique Neuro Cutanée).
Volunteering with the Alouettes Football team during their summer camps, Andrea also has experience with Soccer, Futsal, Judo, Rugby, Karate, and Taekwondo.
Andrea believes in education; she values the importance of making sure her patients have a basic understanding of their condition as well as showing which exercises are appropriate to contribute to the treatment success. She also taught a massage class at the École National de Cirque in 2013.
